Toughening RPC
High quality recycled raw materials
Email Details
Toughening RPC uses a single source, carefully screened recycled polycarbonate (PC) as a base material, mainly from high-quality recycled sources such as electronic waste, automotive parts, etc. The raw material is sourced from highly screened upstream manufacturers to ensure its low impurity content and high stability to ensure the high toughness, physical properties and color uniformity of the final product.
Select Recycling Sources
E-waste
PC parts derived from discarded electronics, such as smartphone cases, laptop cases, etc.
This electronic waste is carefully screened to ensure that it is free of impurities and suitable for the production of high quality Toughening RPCS.
Auto Parts
Derived from PC parts used in automobiles, such as lamp housings, dashboards, interior trim pieces, etc.
The material stability of automotive components is high, and recycling ensures that Toughening RPC has good impact resistance and durability.
Industrial Waste
Includes PC scraps and scrap produced in the industrial production process, screened and cleaned to ensure low impurities and stable physical properties. -

A selection of high-quality recycled PVC raw materials
Email Details
RPVC uses high purity recycled PVC (PIR) raw materials, industrial recycled materials from certified suppliers, which are carefully sorted to ensure material stability and high mechanical strength. Select Recycling sources
The raw materials of RPVC are mainly derived from a variety of waste PVC products, and these waste sources usually include:
Industrial waste: PVC waste from the production process, such as cutting waste, scraps, pipe waste, etc.
These wastes are carefully screened and cleaned to ensure that they are low in impurities and high in purity, suitable for recycled processing, and ensure that the product has a consistent quality.
Construction waste; From PVC products used in the construction industry, such as window frames, pipes, siding and other waste materials.
These waste materials usually have high stability and long service life, and can still provide good mechanical properties after recycling.
Automotive scrap: PVC parts from discarded cars, such as lamp housings, dashboards, automotive interior parts, etc.
These auto parts after recycling, still maintain good impact resistance and stability, is high-quality RPVC raw materials through strict screening and treatment, to ensure that the content of impurities is very low, so as to ensure that the performance of the product is comparable to the original PVC. -
Reinforced RPC
High quality recycled raw materials
Email Details
Reinforced RPC uses single-sourced, carefully screened recycled polycarbonate (PC) as its base material, sourced primarily from high-quality recycled sources such as electronic waste, automotive parts and industrial waste. All raw materials are supplied by highly screened upstream manufacturers to ensure low impurities and high stability, resulting in superior strength, excellent mechanical properties and excellent dimensional stability of the final product.
Select Recycling Sources
E-waste: From high-end PC components such as smartphone casings, laptop casings, and monitor frames. Originally used for precision electronic equipment, these materials have excellent impact and heat resistance. After rigorous screening and modification treatment, Reinforced RPC has high strength and stable physical properties.
Auto parts: Mainly from the lamp shell, instrument panel, bumper structural parts and other PC parts with high mechanical strength requirements. These materials already have impact resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance, and after recycling, Reinforced RPC will perform well in structural applications.
Industrial waste: including PC scraps and waste materials generated in the industrial production process, which are carefully screened, cleaned and modified to ensure low impurity content and stable physical properties of the product. -
Flame Retardant RPC
High quality recycled raw materials
Email Details
Flame Retardant RPC uses a single source, carefully screened recycled polycarbonate (PC) as the base feedstock, primarily from high-quality recycled sources such as electronic waste, automotive parts and industrial waste. All raw materials are supplied by highly screened upstream manufacturers to ensure low impurities and high stability, resulting in a final product with excellent flame retardant properties, mechanical strength and thermal stability to meet the requirements of UL 94 V-0 or higher flame retardant applications.
Selected Recycling Sources
Electronic waste: from the power supply housing, server housing, communication equipment housing and other PC components with strict flame-retardant requirements. These materials, originally used in electronic and electrical equipment, have excellent self-extinguishing performance and heat resistance. After recycling, Flame Retardant RPC has excellent fire resistance characteristics and long-term stability.
Automotive components: mainly from automotive electrical system components, fuse boxes, lighting system housings, etc., which have strict requirements for flame retardant and high temperature resistance.
These materials are used in the automotive industry for fire isolation, ensuring that Flame Retardant RPC has excellent burn resistance and mechanical strength for automotive components with high safety requirements.
Industrial waste: includes flame-retardant PC scraps and waste materials generated during industrial production, which are carefully screened, cleaned and modified to ensure low impurity content and consistent flame retardant performance of the product. -

RPC (Recycled Plastic Composite) uses high-quality recycled plastics as the basic raw materials, combined with advanced composite technology, to produce composite materials with excellent properties. By using recycled plastics from a single source and carefully screened to ensure their low impurities and high stability, the final product has excellent mechanical properties, durability and environmental protection characteristics.
Select Recycling Sources
E-waste: Derived from discarded electronic products such as smartphone cases, computer accessories, TV casings, etc. The electronic waste is carefully screened and cleaned to ensure the high quality, low impurities and good physical properties of the recycled plastic, which is suitable for the production of high-performance RPC materials.
Auto parts: from the plastic parts used in the car, such as lamp shell, instrument panel, interior decoration, etc.
After recycling, these materials have high stability and impact resistance, ensuring the reliability and durability of RPC materials in various application scenarios.
Industrial waste: including plastic waste and scraps generated in the industrial production process, after fine screening, cleaning and treatment to ensure low impurities and stable physical properties. Suitable for the manufacture of high strength requirements, long-term use of the environment can still maintain stable performance of composite materials.
