High quality recycled raw materials
Reinforced RPC uses single-sourced, carefully screened recycled polycarbonate (PC) as its base material, sourced primarily from high-quality recycled sources such as electronic waste, automotive parts and industrial waste. All raw materials are supplied by highly screened upstream manufacturers to ensure low impurities and high stability, resulting in superior strength, excellent mechanical properties and excellent dimensional stability of the final product.
Select Recycling Sources
E-waste: From high-end PC components such as smartphone casings, laptop casings, and monitor frames. Originally used for precision electronic equipment, these materials have excellent impact and heat resistance. After rigorous screening and modification treatment, Reinforced RPC has high strength and stable physical properties.
Auto parts: Mainly from the lamp shell, instrument panel, bumper structural parts and other PC parts with high mechanical strength requirements. These materials already have impact resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance, and after recycling, Reinforced RPC will perform well in structural applications.
Industrial waste: including PC scraps and waste materials generated in the industrial production process, which are carefully screened, cleaned and modified to ensure low impurity content and stable physical properties of the product.

Reinforced RPC enhances the material's rigidity, impact resistance and dimensional stability through glass fiber reinforced, mineral filled or other modification technologies. Technical process and quality assurance
Henan Pingyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. used a multistage separation purification system combined with high temperature melt extrusion process to ensure the purity and stability of Reinforced RPC. Reinforced RPC tensile strength increased to over 55MPa and Vika softening temperature reached 85℃ by addition of Reinforced RPC, ensuring the excellent performance of Reinforced RPC in harsh environments. All Reinforced RPC products are REACH, RoHS certified and comply with ASTM D1784 standards.

Reinforced RPC is mainly used in high-strength pipe, electrical insulation parts and automotive interior and exterior trim.
