Excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability 

 

FR PC has excellent heat resistance, can be used for a long time at 120°C140°C, short time temperature resistance even up to 150°C or more. Its thermal deformation temperature (HDT) is high, even in high temperature environment can keep the structure stable, not easy to deform. For precision structural parts or products that are exposed to high temperatures for a long time, such as automotive interiors, electrical accessories, LED lampshades, etc., FR PC is able to provide better durability and long-term stability. 

 

In line with environmental requirements, FR PC is available in a halogen-free flame retardant version

FR PC is suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods, molding temperature range is wide (240°C290°C), can meet the processing needs of different products. Due to its high fluidity, FR PC is suitable for the manufacture of complex structural parts, ensuring that the finished product has high precision and excellent surface quality. In addition, the FR PC's low hygroscopicity allows it to maintain stable size and mechanical properties in wet environments, reducing expansion or deformation problems due to hygroscopicity.
