Reinforced RPP uses a single source of highly screened industrial recycled Reinforced PP (glass fiber/Mineral filled PP) raw materials from the following specific recycling channels:

Automotive and transportation components: engine cover, instrument panel support, center control support, door inner panel, threshold bar, bumper frame, radiator fan blades, etc. These components are usually made of glass fiber reinforced PP, with higher rigidity and heat resistance. After recycling, they are broken, cleaned, impurities removed, and fused granulized to ensure high mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the material.

Home appliances and electronic equipment housing: mainly including air conditioning housing, washing machine roller bracket, rice cooker housing, TV back cover, power tool housing, etc. These products are usually filled with mineral or glass fiber reinforced PP, after recycling through screening, crushing, melting purification treatment, to ensure that the material has good impact resistance and weather resistance.

Industrial and building materials: reinforced PP pipes, composite plates, cable protective shells, industrial equipment shells, etc. These products are usually added to glass fiber, talc powder or carbon fiber to improve strength, after classification, crushing, removal of impurities, melt granulation, to ensure that the enhancement effect is stable, suitable for high demand applications.
