Toughening RPVC
Highlights High-Purity Selected Raw Materials Toughening RPVC is made from high-purity, single-source industrial recycled PVC (PIR), including injection molding sprue waste, extrusion trim scrap, sheet cut-off waste, and unused pipes/profiles. All raw materials are directly sourced from reputable PVC manufacturers and undergo strict selection to ensure they are free from additional impurities, guaranteeing material purity and stability. Raw Material Sources Injection Molding Sprue Waste: Derived from the sprues and runners of PVC injection molding processes, such as pipe fittings, connectors, and casings. These materials have not undergone multiple processing cycles, preserving the molecular integrity and ensuring excellent material performance. Extrusion Trim Scrap: Collected from PVC profile, pipe, and sheet production, including cut-off edges and trimming waste. Since these materials have never been used or exposed to contamination, they maintain properties similar to virgin PVC. Sheet Cut-Off Waste: Generated during PVC sheet and film production due to size trimming or mold adjustments. This type of waste remains unaffected by thermal aging, ensuring stable color and consistent chemical composition. Unused Pipes & Profiles: Some PVC pipes and profiles are discarded due to quality control issues such as dimensional deviations or color inconsistencies. These materials are never used, making them highly pure and free from external contamination or degradation.
