High quality recycled raw materials
Flame Retardant RPOM uses a single source, highly screened recycled polyformaldehyde (POM) as feedstock, mainly from industrial injection molding scraps, extrusion waste and unused molded parts. All feedstock is supplied by a stable upstream supplier and is screened and initially purified to ensure the purity and stability of the material while reducing the impact of impurities on performance. To provide a higher level of safety, Flame Retardant RPOM is also made with halogen-free or low-halogenated flame retardants, ensuring the material has excellent flame retardant properties and meets international safety standards.

Selected Recycling Sources
Industrial injection molding scraps: scraps from the injection molding process of polyformaldehyde, the material has not been used, less impurities, suitable for the production of high purity, stable recycling POM.

Extrusion waste: including the waste generated during the extrusion process of polyformaldehyde, after fine screening and cleaning treatment, to ensure the stability of the material and low impurity content.

Unused molded parts: from the unused POM parts in the molding process, these materials are not used, containing low impurity quality, suitable for the production of high-quality flame retardant POM.
